Final distribution boards make up a major part of every project.
At BMC we manufacture final distribution boards to suit all requirements from form 2 through form 3 and 4.
All of our distribution boards are manufactured with ease of installation very much to the fore, we make every effort to give due consideration to the site circumstances and the contractors preferences when designing our switchboards.
With space at a premium in all new installations we have developed a skill at fitting the switchboard into the space without compromising its integrity.
All of our final distribution boards are metal clad IP54 wired to dedicated terminal sections, which can only be accessed by trained personnel ensuring compliance with current health and safety requirements.
Our two main offerings for final distribution boards would be the Elsteel Techno-Module and Schneider Electric Prisma G.
Prisma G is a fast versatile solution. This is a major plus when operating to current contractual demands in terms of programme. It enables very fast turn around from placement of order through to delivery of the final product.
As with OKKEN, and Prisma P Prisma G when implemented in compliance with Schneider recommendations complies with IEC-60439-1.
Prisma G has a rated operating current of 630A with a peak withstand current Ipk = 53KA and short time withstand current Icw = 25Ka / 1s.
