BMC designs and manufactures Main and Sub Main Distribution Boards ranging from 630A to 6300A, built to IEC 61439-1/2 standards to ensure maximum safety and reliability. We offer flexible, modular solutions using both the Elsteel Techno Module system (up to 100kA rms/1s) and the Schneider Electric Prisma P system (up to 3200A, 85kA rms/1s). Each system is tailored to meet specific client and site requirements.

Final Distribution Boards

All our distribution boards are manufactured in accordance with IEC-61439-1/2 and with ease of installation very much to the fore, we make every effort to give due consideration to the site circumstances and the contractors preferences when designing our switchboards.All our final distribution boards are metal clad wired to dedicated terminal sections, which can only be accessed by trained personnel ensuring compliance with current health and safety requirements.Our two main offerings for final distribution boards would be the Elsteel Techno-Module and Schneider Electric Prisma G.

PDU - Intelligent & Standard Power Distribution Units

BMC manufactures both standard and intelligent PDUs which are engineered to meet the needs of clients with mission critical applications which is a requirement that is expanding outside of the traditional data centre sector. PDUs are custom built incorporating MCCB and MCB Back-Pans to facilitate the replacement or addition of a circuit breaker without the need for a shutdown this arrangement is known as hot swappable. This functionality allows the user to make educated decisions regarding the location of new loads as they fill out their racks with servers and other equipment.
