Facilities Maintenance Person

Based in Damastown you will also be responsible for maintenance in Ashbourne, Ballycoolin, and Kells carrying out general building maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks across all company sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks across all facilities.

• Perform plumbing repairs and installations as needed, fixing leaks, replacing fittings,

• Carry out yard work, waste segregation, and general tidying.

• Carryout painting and repair work to maintain building interiors and exteriors.

• Perform basic carpentry, fixture repair, and general handyman duties.

• Coordinate with management regarding maintenance priorities and schedules.

• Support safety and housekeeping standards at all sites.

• Travel between company sites as needed (Ashbourne, Ballycoolin, Damanstown, Kells).
